What's the difference between the Standard Trip Planning and the Premium BFU Plan?

In Standard Trip Planning, you will receive a customized itinerary filled with hot spots, hidden gems, new experiences, and contacts. The catch? You will have to book everything on your own for your group.

In The Premium BFU, you receive everything listed above, but we do literally everything for you. You and your group will have a seamless booking experience with flexible payment plans and a fully customizable itinerary tailored to your preferences.

Yes! After we speak, you will receive a discount code to apply during checkout.

Unfortunately, travel payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, choose
to book elsewhere, or stop the planning process, the fee will be retained to cover the
time spent on consultation, research, pricing, and support. This fee is non-refundable
and non-transferable.

Yes, changes to your destination during or after research will incur a $55.00 fee per
change.

A rush fee may apply for expedited services.

We recommend reaching out at least 3 months before your departure date. However, we
understand that spontaneous trips can be exciting (we love them too)! Depending on the
service and timeframe, a rush fee may apply.

Our consultation hours are Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST, excluding
holidays and our own travel dates. We strive to keep our calendar as up-to-date as
possible.


Additionally: With our Premium Service, we will serve as your concierge during your
travel dates.

No, we do not book flights.

We recommend using reputable flight search engines such as Google Flights, Skyscanner, and Going (formerly Scott's Cheap Flights) for the best deals.

While we do not offer travel insurance directly, we strongly recommend purchasing it through a third-party provider. Travel insurance is essential for ensuring peace of mind throughout your trip.
