Refund policy

We work closely with our clients during the Trip Planning Process to ensure it is tailored to their goals. With that, there will be no refunds or exchanges. 

Travel payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, choose
to book elsewhere, or stop the planning process, the fee will be retained to cover the
time spent on consultation, research, pricing, and support. This fee is non-refundable
and non-transferable.
