FAQs
The trip officially begins on May 21 in Tokyo. Please make sure your flight arrives that day. Since traveling to Asia usually takes about a full day, we recommend leaving the U.S. on May 20 (unless you’d like to arrive earlier and enjoy Japan before the trip begins).
Flights are NOT included.
If you are starting your trip in Tokyo, please fly into Haneda Airport (HND).
Please note Tokyo has 2 airports. The other airport is further out and our included transfers will only go to HND.
If you are ending your trip in Osaka, please fly out of Kansai International Airport (KIX).
Please note Osaka has 2 airports. Our included transfers will only go to KIX.
Yes! On our booking site you have the option to create your own payment plan by authrozing different payment amounts. Please note your balance MUST be satisfied by the trip due date or all payments will be forfeited.

We love for our travelers to customize their own trips. With that, we offer add-ons for you to fill up your free time. Add-ons will incur additional fees. However, you could choose to relax during your free time!

If you’re a U.S. citizen, you do not need a visa for stays under 90 days—just a valid passport. Travelers from other countries should check their entry requirements before booking.
Absolutely! When checking out, you will select the single room option.
If your roommate cancels, your rate will adjusted to the single person rate.
Yes! Your passport must be valid for the entire length of your stay in Japan. We recommend that it has at least six months of validity remaining beyond your travel dates to avoid any issues with airlines or immigration. If your passport is expiring soon, be sure to renew it before booking your flight.
For the safety of travelers, we will release the name of the hotels once your booking is confirmed. Please note we only stay at 4+ star accomodations.

No, we don't offer travel insurance. However, it is highly recommended. It protects your trip investment in case of unexpected changes, delays, or emergencies.
No special vaccinations are required for Japan. It’s recommended that you’re up to date on routine vaccines (like measles, tetanus, and flu). If you take prescription medication, bring enough for your entire stay in the original packaging, along with a copy of your prescription. Some medications common in the U.S. (like certain stimulants and strong painkillers) are restricted in Japan, so it’s best to double-check before traveling.
